The Challenge
Pure Plumbing was spending too much time managing crucial aspects of their business using spreadsheets. Time better spent towards what they do best… providing exceptional customer service. We needed to find a way to automate these activities, while leveraging data from the third-party application Service Titan.
The Solution
We designed and developed a mobile-friendly web application with a clean, easy-to-navigate interface for both technician and management teams. Using data from Service Titan, we were able to implement payroll formulas, supplier reports, daily accountability tasks, and more. Employees now use this app via tablet to manage their day and keep their attention on doing great work.
