The Challenge
The market has many different CRMs, all focusing on how big and complex they can make their features. This gives each a very large learning curve. Web 3 Box wanted to create something that was easy to learn, cost-efficient and still had the necessary features.
The Solution
We created an intuitive UI that was logically-mapped for quick sales management. Then, we worked to accomplish three main user functions : Lead Management, Project Management, and Online Invoicing. The core of what is necessary. Despite CRMs taking a very long time to develop, we had the project ready for market within 2 years and we continue to make both internally-decided and client requested additions.
