The Challenge
Although simple in appearance, we needed to find a way to connect to complex reward tracking databases, while also remaining flexible enough to potentially feed from different databases and be well designed for any brand. Users had to be able to access this on both desktop and mobile.
The Solution
First, we designed a mobile-friendly interface, that was flexible enough to apply to variety of colors and background images. We then created an API that connects with Aristocrat’s databases to pull player information in, accurately, in real-time. Now, we have deployed this portal (and custom variants) to over a dozen casino properties.
Project Highlights
It was challenging to coordinate all of the moving parts and different parties involved in this project, but the positive energy of everyone involved helped make it a success!
